1. I would not stay in this hotel again mainly because of lack of free WiFi.

2. Though the room is nicely appointed (bathroom is small), my biggest complaint is the lack of sound-proofing for the room.

3. Negatives might be that the staff is not as schooled in the available dining options (the restaurant does not belong to them, so they do not favor it) and the TV setup lacks a few details, but all in all, it is where I will direct friends when they come to town.

4. I think my only complaint would be that the shower lacked water as it had a water saver shower head which didn't work well with the lack of water pressure.

7. The front of desk service was terrible with lack of manners and not a care in the world that we were paying customers.

8. They offered a bell-man to take us back a 'secret elevator' to the lobby which I was not thrilled about knowing that we were now being forced to use the service because of lack of handicapped access.
