8. v channels are the worst ive ever experienced, I'm no novice to NY and have stayed in cheaper hotels and got more channels to watch, Tick Tock Diner is way over priced.

9. One thing I have to specify to the 'credit' of the hotel is that we got this room through Expedia's 'blind room' system for a low price of USD 193 and there is a high probability they keep the worst rooms for that Expedia option.

10. no refrigerator in the room, no coffee machine until askedand worst of all, the rude attitude of the front desk, they just did not care about the room quality issue and were very arrogant and indifferent, none apologies heard from them.
