1. Our stay was enjoyable,i would say traffic noise wasnt a problem for us as we were situated high up on 27th floor.

4. And, the hotel staff worked very hard to direct folks to service elevators (this was only temporary and the problem was fixed within 1 hour) and were very polite and extremely apologetic about the (slight) inconvenience.
