1. The elevators can take a while to take you to your floor, but I think the most annoying aspect is that feeling of being just another warm body for them to deal with.

10. Our room was fine, nothing to write home about and the view was the back of the building but we were out and about most of the time (the noise from the loading was a bit annoying but the street noise at the front would have been loud too - this is New York you expect it).
