1. because the few times we asked questions one person said that he just moved here and he had no idea of anything & barely spoke English & the concierge 'Henry' gave us wrong information in regards to the museums.

7. This was my second stay at the Knickerbocker and like my previous stay there is nothing wrong with this hotel, however there really isn't anything spectacular either.
