1. The front desk clerk said we really lucked out because those rooms are hardly ever available, and never that early in the morning.

3. They have a rain shower in the bathroom which was a little difficult if you aren't used to it, also had no ledge so hard to shave your legs.

4. The lobby, guest rooms, and bar area are cozy and a welcome sight after a hard day of walking the Miracle Mile, the long beaches, to Navy Pier or to a nearby dinner/night spot.

7. We got a great rate on the room - it was the weekend of the Chicago marathon, so it was hard to find a room at a reasonable rate, and the Knickerbocker was the best rate I could find.

8. The beds were great, very comfortable, tv great flat screen, the bathroom scream luxury with granite and the rainshower feature is one that is hard to get out of.

9. Water leaked out of the shower and spilled across the floor, but I'm thinking that may have just been our shower - maybe a piece was missing between the wall and shower? The concierge was hardly there when we needed them, but that can just be our timing.

10. The lobby can get a bit crowded at times, but the location is hard to beat, and the price is right compare to most Magnificent Mile hotels.
