1. The main negative we experienced was the old, tiny, slow elevators.

My only issue was the service - receptionists were slow and poorly informed, while the bell station was rarely manned (I waited 15 minutes to drop off my suitcases on my check-out day), while valet parking requires 15 minutes to retrieve your car - something they fail to tell you when you're dropping it off.

5. I was under the weather our first night so we stayed in; room service was a touch slow in bringing up $8 herbal tea but I've never had a better sleep in a hotel.
