1. We had issues with check out time; the room was automatically locked at noon; when I requested that the key work someone opened the room and neglected to shut the door all the way.

2. Really the only issue was that that thermostat would not allow the air to run below 65 degrees, and I'm pretty sure it was much warmer than that in the room most of the time.

My only issue was the service - receptionists were slow and poorly informed, while the bell station was rarely manned (I waited 15 minutes to drop off my suitcases on my check-out day), while valet parking requires 15 minutes to retrieve your car - something they fail to tell you when you're dropping it off.

4. The rooms and bathrooms were up to date, well decorated and above all, wifi worked without any issues.

6. I had no issues with my room and was pleased with the amenities overall - apples in the gym, easy check out option, great location, newly renovated bathroom with rainfall showerhead, healthy menu options.
