1. The 'rain shower' head is different, not bad, just different.

2. But dont you even think about turning on the A/C, these is like having an orchestra in the room? The service is bad, the front desk people are rude, when I asked for something extra (like a shower cap for my wife the housekeeping were rude and after 45 min and 3 calls I just gave up) the ammenities in the hote are old.

3. Not a bad thing tho because I understand is Chicago and it's a quite expensive city but, $55 for parking is too much.
