1. Had one unfortunate incident where my partner and cousin whilst sitting at the bar were abused by a drunken man, when I asked the barman to remove him, nothing happened and I needed to remove him myself.

2. This hotel features a really nice bar that seems to stay open pretty late, a coffee shop, fitness room and a spa- unfortunately, I didn't get to check that out but maybe next time .

7. The only part of the hotel that still looked a bit shabby were the elevators - which unfortunately contributes to a first impression; however, this was soon forgotten because of the rest of our experience.

8. unfortunately, the rooms were not as sound proof as needed considering our next door neighbors had children jumping off of beds and yelling until 12:30 in the morning.

9. I talked to a Lucy and she was very professional, nice, and courteous, unfortunately they were unable to find the memory stick, which I`m still sick about, but I must say it was nice to know that the resort still treated me like a guest even after my stay.
