The two problems we encountered were that the in-room Internet cost an additional $10 a day which seemed a bit ridiculous for such an expensive hotel already, and the hallways were pretty
loud
due to very thin entry doors.

He was very attentive to us, but we just could not handle the young
loud
crowd so the staff recommended the Drake bar across the street for some quiet jazz.

The air conditioner was noisy so I turned it off every night before going to sleep but there was also a
loud
humming noise from the mini-fridge that comes on intervals.

The only down sides were the noise of the HVAC system, it was
loud
, the second was it was great to be able to open the window however the spring were broken and would slam down, could be very dangerous if you had you fingers on the ledge.

The bed was quite comfortable, and aside from some hearty partiers stumbling
loud
ly down the hall one night, it was quiet.

My only complaint is that it was a little noisy from the hallway at night--not sure if our floor had a
loud
croud or if the walls were thin.

After reserving and twice confirming 2 adjacent king rooms we arrived to find two rooms down the hall from one another, both with two twin beds and one across from the elevator (with a nice
