1. The two problems we encountered were that the in-room Internet cost an additional $10 a day which seemed a bit ridiculous for such an expensive hotel already, and the hallways were pretty loud due to very thin entry doors.

7. The only down sides were the noise of the HVAC system, it was loud, the second was it was great to be able to open the window however the spring were broken and would slam down, could be very dangerous if you had you fingers on the ledge.
