1. probably just some teething problems as judging from the website this is a fairly new offer.

2. As the weather was coolish, we didn't have any problems with the heating/cooling system which have been highlighted by other guests.

3. Our only slight problem was the noise from the fridge which did keep us awake (although jet lag probably didn't help either) but we got used to it after the first night.

4. We used the valet parking one night and that was the only snafu; there was a problem about the correct fee but, again, the desk staff (not the valet) was extremely helpful in straightening it out.

6. It wasn't really a significant problem as I wasn't overly hot and the weather was an anomaly for this time of year but perhaps something to keep in mind if you are traveling during a transitional weather period.

9. It was hard to go into the john and close the door, so I just left it open, which might pose a problem if you're not alone.
