1. Very poor heating cooling, sheets don't fit the beds and housekeeping doesn't even empty the trash each day.

3. PLUS: location, shuttle, staff very helpful, within walking distance to many attractions, trolley stop at corner, pool, outdoor deckMINUS: rooms were small (but we new that before going), restaurant very pricey, poor lighting in room (my kids got sick of me complaining about this).

8. It is amazing that such upbeat friendly staff (the bell hop/concierge, cleaning staff, other desk workers) could work for managers with such poor customer service skills.

9. There was one request that I had to make twice, for an extra blanket, but this seemed more of an oversight than anything resembling poor service, and they were quick to rectify it.
