1. The water temperature of the pool was luke warm, but again not so much of a big deal to us.

3. Quiet except for occasional noise from other guests (didn't seem to come through the walls, but we couldn't figure out where - maybe the heat system? Not partying, just voices, not a big deal.

5. we checked our luggage in at 3:00pm used the pool and their changing rooms before heading out on the town so this wasn't a big deal but if we were needing our rooms it would have been a major inconvenience.

8. Our only suggestion is that the lobby could use an update - even new carpeting would help - but that was not a big deal for us.

9. We used the do not disturb sign so we were not disturbed by the maids, one day although the maid came in the room and topped up the tea/coffee she did not make the bed but not really a big deal.
