5. The other thing that annoyed me was, as far as Im concerned, is tipping not something that`s supposed to be at the discretion of the customer? Since when did the waiters and waitresses start deciding how good they are at their jobs? We had fully intended in leaving her an excellent tip that suitably reflected the service but what if our service had been terrible-were we just expected to tip her regardless?All in all the hidden charged we incurred during our stay really put us off staying here again.
