1. The only other minor negatives that I can think of would be hearing other hotel room doors slam, and a slow elevator at times.

3. Aside from negative 'rush hour' elevator wait times and an overloaded sunday checkout, the bed was comfortable and the room clean.

5. The negatives:- check in is at 4:00 pm and checkout at 11:00 am, which I didn't feel it was long enough for a traveler who pays a nightly rate during peak season.
