1. The bad news is the lift, which is very slow and can be a bit frustrating at times and only one of the of the two washers and dryers worked.

4. the staff in the hotel is very friendly - when i checked in they were going thru an upgrade on their system, and doing things the manual way took a bit longer than normal, but not too bad.
