1. Our one and only issue that was not quite perfect was that, the first day we were there, the heat was on even though it was a rather warm day, but I think that was just a function of how unseasonably warm things were.

3. the only other room issue was the bathroom - the tub had some black crust that washed away upon turning the water on so not sure where that came from.

6. Since I was there early there was a never an issue on getting on to a piece of equipment although I noticed there is only one treadmill (3 ellipticals, 2 recumbent bikes) and it looked like there was a space for another for another treadmill but perhaps was removed for whatever reason.

8. One more issue -the laundry machine we used on the 3rd floor flooded -they knew the machine wasn't working and we could've gone without that drama.

9. They do offer a free shuttle to the Navy Pier, but we had issues with it picking us up since it didn't pick you up back at the Navy Pier.
