1. Customer service was terrible, we only stayed one night and then headed for the Ritz Carlton where we can be assured that the customer service will be second to none.

4. Most hotels have terrible internet speeds for the rooms so, as a business traveler, it was nice to be able to use the hotel's connection instead of a 3G card.

5. When we checked in, we were given a room that smelled terrible as being a smoking room (it actually wasn't), we immediately went over to reception and the nice lady apologized and gave us an updated room for that night.
