I arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel last night with my wife to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, upon attempting to check-in I was told that I had reserved a room for a later date, you can imagine my shock and dismay at my mistake, but I will say the front desk staff was overly accommodating to help me out.
