7. I don't really consider myself to be their target demographic and the hotel lacks some of the things a business traveller wants BUT it does make up for it in style and service.

8. two very small faults were that there was an amount of street noise - i sleep heavy so no issue for me, but a light sleeper may struggle, and i found the signage of the hotel lacking - the hotel is in the carbide building so i happened to notice the hard rock doormat inside the door - not hard to find, but as you are up close walking by the building you could miss it.

9. The room was very modern and clean but the insulation is lacking as I found out later.

10. Another interesting thing was that I never saw security staff in the five days I stayed there; either security technology is awesome or lacking.
