8. I understand that this hotel cannot be held responsible for its guests' behavior, however the slow response time to my complaint and the 'whatever' attitude from the front desk REALLY got to me.

9. After I told him that I had called to complain after being woken up at 4 am, his attitude immediately changed to, 'Oh well we always send someone up right away when we get complaints.

10. One minor complaint and may not be a big deal to some people, I had a king bed and the sheets are not fitted nor are they large enough for the bed so the bottom 4' to 5' of the bed is exposed it's a small issue but bothers me.
