2. The only negative on the room was the shower (no tub) had a gladd panel that only covered half the opening with no curtain or door.

3. Only negatives we could find were very slow elevators (tried to take the stairs down one day and got to the bottom floor and the sign said 'No exit-go back up to the second floor and take the elevator'--how silly did we feel taking an elevator down 1 floor?), and street noise.

5. We were disappointed that there was no hard rock cafe on site and that breakfast was not included in the price but otherwise have nothing negative to sayOur room on 18th floor was very modern with a good view of the river & bridge.

8. The only negative was that, around midnight or so, the people in the next room started blasting Eminem so the bass was annoying when trying to sleep.

On the negative side, the bathroom was average (for a four star hotel), the usual expensive mini bar with an additional 20% service charge added for 'our convenience'; expensive room service and restaurant (there are plenty of good restaurants and diners in close proximity); several noticeable stains on the carpet; dim lighting (which might be considered a plus by some).

10. I don't want any reader of this review to get a totally negative impression from this review, because there are some very positive features that must be noted, such as its location (fantastic), very comfortable beds, nicely decorated and furnished hotel, friendly and hip staff, which would be attractive to younger travelers.
