3. Bathroom lighting was poor and I could have done without the creepy giant picture of Marilyn Manson staring at me while I was in bed.

The staff were great at reception, the concierge and in the restaurant - the only criticism was with the bar staff - mind you there were busy the night we used the bar (but knowing some basic drinks and passing something else off was poor as was the replacement drink - hey but I guess it could be our British accent).

5. we where on one occasion left without toilet roll, and on another day our room was not serviced at all, this is really poor for a hotel of this standard, however a quick call got these issues resolved.
