1. dirty dishes and glasses with something disgusting resembling vomit sat outside of a couple of the rooms for a day and a half.

2. I am not a neat freak but really don't like a dirty hotel room.

3. There were loose tiles and missing grout (I mean a LOT of missing grout, not just a couple of little spots), plus a lot of the grout that was still in place looked dirty.

4. Neither of our beds had real mattress pads (just some weird, dirty thing that didn't cover the whole mattress), or fitted sheets, just a flat sheet that may or may not cover the whole bed.
