1. I called the front desk, told them that we needed to have the bed linens changed, they were polite but didn't act like it was a big deal at all.

4. One minor complaint and may not be a big deal to some people, I had a king bed and the sheets are not fitted nor are they large enough for the bed so the bottom 4' to 5' of the bed is exposed it's a small issue but bothers me.
