1. We were going to do breakfast in their restaurant the next morning but unfortunately we had not booked and there was no availability which was disappointing - however it was Mother's Day and we were a little late for breakfast so this was understandable.

5. Called manager on duty who responded with a comped taxi to the venue, but unfortunately this didn't entirely solve the problem and actually made some things worse.

7. unfortunately, I failed to read the reviews that do warn you of the noise, the thin walls, old furnitures and all other things that would have prevented me from booking the suite.

10. unfortunately, I do not remember the lady's name, but I had made several phone calls to other hotels checking rates and after talking to her I immediately booked the reservations with her because of her demeanor and the pleasant experience I was having.
