1. Our view was of the front street, which at times was quite noisy as the windows don't seem to be updated with the rest of the room and the sirens etc.

2. However, my designer open-plan room had some quirks: a built-in hill (the bathroom floor was an inch higher than the bedroom); a noisy A/C (77dB, noisier than the cabin of a jetliner); no plug for the basin (makes washing smalls tricky); strange dimmer switches, some of which don't seem to do anything; a low-set clothes hanging rail such that trousers could not hang free; no chair or desk (instead there is a round table and a comfy, but fixed bench); large TV that is stuck on wide-screen so that everyone has Pinocchio noses; bed base with sharp corners that are easy to bump into.
"Excellent service and location; flair comes with downsides. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/20/2011 Vote
3. Even though you are right downtown, we did not find it noisy and slept very comfortably.

4. The maids on the floor also were very noisy and you could hear them talk from 7am in the morning.
"Nothing special - below expectations " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/9/2011 Vote
5. The beds are sooo comfortable my husband said he had the best sleep he's had in years, The only negative is that the air conditioner was a smidge noisy.
"Stay here! The beds are Incredible!!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/6/2011 Vote
6. To be honest we did no have any complaints with our room, except for s noisy air conditioner and a poky bathroom, with a tub designed for a toddler, not a five foot six woman of average build.
"How did they get it so wrong? " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/12/2011 Vote
7. My room was quite large -- although I was a little concerned about the linen supply being right across the hall, it didn't get noisy.
"Crowded but not in a bad way" " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/5/2011 Vote
8. makes it a bit harder to work- often hard to get an answer from the front desk / concierge when calling by phone- only one sink in the bathroom (at least in the room type that we had)- rooms facing the street are noisy making it hard to sleep- chairs in room have nice design but aren't comfortableThe service isn't on par with the 5 star options in town.
"Nice property with friendly staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/16/2010 Vote

10. But the room I was given was noisy, near the elevator with paper thin walls, and the staff was a little on the cold, 'too-good-for-you' side.
"Good-looking, expensive, noisy and a little aloof. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/31/2010 Vote
