3. The two downsides of this hotel were that 1) there are only 2 elevators so you can often be waiting a LONG time for one during the busier times of the day and 2) though the decor is updated, if you look below the surface, the hotel shows signs of its age.

4. The 2pm check out time is very civilised - why don't more hotels do this?? A couple of downsides - the building is in a sort of squared off U configuration, so many of the rooms face inside.

7. On the downside, the room service was expensive and I visited the Spa for a facial but wouldn't go back.

8. The only downside is theres not much of a view but you are in a big city so not many picturesque views around here.
