1. Breakfast: Not included in price and was pretty expensive however very goodFacilities: Great gym (but need a water machine), Spa, 2 Bars (lobby bar and JBar)General: Still love this hotel (see previous review Feb 2010).

2. Loved: big bottles of toiletries, better for environment and easier to use-nook with couch in room was awesome, a kid would love sleeping there and its a great work space-awesome full blast shower-soft beds-nice front desk-great location, walk to storesDidnt love: pricey restaurant, is $100 a head without booze and although food is great it is too much for people without expense accounts.
"Chic and modern hotel by michigan ave " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/29/2012 Vote
3. They sent us to a different garage several blocks away that was also $6 more expensive, and we had to walk.

4. So, they are the negative things but they are still niggling me as they were so unnecessary in an expensive hotel-great customer service goes such a long way even when minimal effort is involved but lack-lustre service leaves a furrowed brow.

5. We left some expensive clothes in the closet and didn't realize it until we got back to Texas.

8. This is probably a fascinating hotel for the average high-roller, expense account wielding guest, but I can't recommend it for tourists, even though the location is perfect for downtown.
"Not tourist friendly " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/21/2011 Vote
9. Rates good for two nights, expensive for a Saturday.
"Great location and Concierge " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/15/2011 Vote
10. Also, there is a Trader Joe's across the street where you can get some wine & beer, water, and snacks, rather than using the very expensive mini bar in your room.
