1. Everything was really clean, only downside was lack of storage space for clothes as I like to unpack rather than living from the suitcase.

3. The concierge left a little to be desired (seriously - how can you not know how to navigate the train system when you work in downtown Chicago?) but luckily the others made up for what he lacked.

4. On the down side, the hotel elevators are quite small and drawer space in the room is a bit lacking.

5. I made the mistake of asking the concierge a very routine question, but it just highlighted her lack of knowledge of anything outside her immediate realm of comfort and her reality.

6. So, they are the negative things but they are still niggling me as they were so unnecessary in an expensive hotel-great customer service goes such a long way even when minimal effort is involved but lack-lustre service leaves a furrowed brow.

9. A few minor gripes which had I paid full rack rate would have irked me more - scarcity of storage space in the room, lack of subtle bedside and wardrobe lighting, and comfortable chair/desk to use laptop easily.

10. Average size bath is at least bright, but nearly flat sink looks nice but difficult to use, and very shallow bath is actually dangerous with it complete lack of hand rails.
