1. They even helped me with a problem with my radiator once.

2. We had a problem with our room when we arrived: When we tried to open the sleeper couch, it couldn't unfold all the way because a piece of permanent furniture was in the way.

4. I noticed some people complained about the elevators taking too long we never had that problem :)The one bad thing was that our room was directly under the gym.

5. My husband was up there every morning and never had a problem getting a treadmill, but I did think the fitness center was a little small for the size of the hotel.

6. The line for the Field Museum was around the block - crazy - and we didn't have any problems (find the side door - not the main entrance.

7. Not really a problem with a 1 year old but pretty inconvenient if you have a smaller baby that fell asleep in the stroller.

8. Upon our return, we were directed to go back to the front desk to get our keys (the long was extremely long and occupied with some unhappy campers who evidently were encountering some problems.

9. I chose to take my food up to my suite each morning, but seating was mostly not a problem.

10. I should also add that on our last visit we had one issue with some water dripping through the ceiling but the problem was handled SO swiftly and professionally that I can't even count it against them.
