1. The room quiet - didn't hear other guests come and go or other noise.

2. CONs: loud refrigerator made noises throughout the night, sleeper sofa mattress was all springs :-/, the toilet water leaked on the bathroom floor, although food was free, there was often a long line & shortage of plates, lastly, the elevator was very slow.

Even though I was on the same floor as the gym and the pool, I was on the other end and the only thing I ever heard was the occasional comings and goings of the people in the one suite across the hall from me, and that was only if I was in my kitchen or living room - the bedroom was totally insulated from any hallway or other side of the wall noise.
