5. The issue with the portable crib wasn't a big deal, and I'm sure they'd have brought one if we'd reminded them, but since I specifically called to add same to our reservation, and then at check-in the staff reiterated that one would be in the room and wasn't, that was kind of annoying.

6. There were kids everywhere - which to many is not a big deal, but I was travelling on business so this was unexpected.
