4. The wait wasnt two bad but once we got into the serving area, most of the food was gone and was not replaced during the time we were there, very crowded and difficult to get your food without runing into people.

To name everyone at the hotel who have made my stays welcome would be difficult; from the Bell Hop and Valet Services who greet you before you even enter the door to Management, Sales, Guest Services, the Dining Room staff, Housekeeping and Maintenance everyone smiles and wants to do something for you.

6. We arrived late at night (or morning as it were) and the concierge greeted us and offered us complimentary water since we had such a difficult time traveling.

7. I am usually quite a difficult guest to please but I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay at this hotel - full marks - plus they have the most amazing pillows and gave me the best sleep i have had in ages.

Although the hotel is initially difficult to locate because the entry is a four door opening in the middle of a street (one must take an elevator to the 6th floor reception), the valets are very friendly and helpful, reception makes every effort to insure your stay is wonderful, the rooms are comfy and nice, and the morning breakfast is good (but not excellent).
