1. It's hard to find a better location for tourism or for business (at least if business is in the downtown area).

2. At $129/night/family during Spring Break, this hotel can be hard to beat particularly if you make good use of the kitchen along with the Jewel and Trader Joe grocery stores within 2 blocks of the hotel.
