1. CONs: loud refrigerator made noises throughout the night, sleeper sofa mattress was all springs :-/, the toilet water leaked on the bathroom floor, although food was free, there was often a long line & shortage of plates, lastly, the elevator was very slow.

3. The hotel insulation is very good as I couldn't hear noise in adjacent rooms and the loud downtown Chicago noise was nicely muted when the windows were closed.
