1. I guess that's just common courtesy, but it's rare these days, I feel like half the places I go to eat, shop, etc, the employees act disinterested and sometimes annoyed.

3. Beds were comfortable, although the bed sheet was a bit annoying, it was attached to the bed cover and made things a bit clumsy.

4. The issue with the portable crib wasn't a big deal, and I'm sure they'd have brought one if we'd reminded them, but since I specifically called to add same to our reservation, and then at check-in the staff reiterated that one would be in the room and wasn't, that was kind of annoying.

5. The two neighboring rooms next to us let the doors slam behind them throughout the time we stayed there which got a bit annoying, but didn't complain because I was so relaxed and comfortable in my suite.
