1. downside? The room itself had what seemed like a less than optimal design: Lots of room around the kitchen, a small living area (and the aforementioned issues with the sleeper couch).

2. Major downside was there are only 2 elevators for 19 floors of suites so you did have to wait quite a long time.

3. On the slightly downside, the room was a bit stuffy and the bathroom is so small that we couldn't open or close the bathroom door unless the seat was up (definitely designed by a man.

4. On the downside the hotel smells old and smoky, breakfast is suitable for non-fussy children only.

5. On the downside, the decor is a little tired, the lifts can be slow at busy times, the breakfast is fairly basic and you need to be pretty assertive if you want to get your bagel into the toaster amongst the jostling crowd that quickly fills up the fairly small food serving area.

6. The only downside to this hotel is probably the elevators, sometimes you had to wait awhile to grab one during 'mealtimes'.
