2. The only complaint would be the laundry room which is located on the 7th floor also the smoking floor.

5. Also, was it really necessary for housekeeping to run the dishwasher in the suite just for two glasses and a bowl? But really minor complaints.

9. My biggest complaint was the way the door hung- I was in room 1413 and the door hung crooked on the frame so there was a sizeable gap at the bottom right and top left- lots of hallway noise filtered in and light at night.
