2. Cons:- RUDE and unhelpful staff- Paid wifi, even if you pay it does not work (staff unwilling to resolve the issue)- No fan in the bathroom.

4. We asked reception (who were again unhelpful and rude) to change our room, they said they couldn't so we checked out which is what we should have done as soon as we arrived.

5. When we were leaving to go out for the day it was obvious that the people that were staying were clearly there to doss and we clarified with reception (who were unhelpful and rude) that we had been placed in a quiet part of the hotel as we had small children.
