1. Others have complained of the street noise but this was not an issue for us.

2. I would suggest that management consider getting fans for the rooms if there is no way to fix the heating issues.

5. Only issue I had with beds was that they use comforters, which are not as nice as duvets (but that's an American thing.

6. Cons:- RUDE and unhelpful staff- Paid wifi, even if you pay it does not work (staff unwilling to resolve the issue)- No fan in the bathroom.

7. With the infestation of NYC, it is possible for a guest to transport bedbugs from the theater or a store back to the hotel room, so we'll continue to check during each visit, but the management at the Travel Inn appears to be right on top of any issues that may arise.

10. But, for one night it certainly wasn't a major issue, and we would absolutely stay at this hotel the next time we are in NYC, and will definitely recommend it to our friends.
