1. This was dealt with by a very unfriendly curt reception manager but at least we felt we could stay there rather than try and find another hotel at short notice.

7. The price was lower than many other places and it was very clean but the walls are paper thin and the desk people were the most unfriendly I have ever encountered at any hotel/motel I have stayed at.
