3. Would be nice if they offered free coffee and tea, but not a big deal, as many Tim Horton's and Starbucks are in the area.

4. THE GOOD:-Free parking-Reasonably central location-No bed bugs in our room, 507-Almost completely a non-smoking hotel-Sizable room, decent bathroom, reasonably cleanTHE BAD:-Consistently rude service; believe what you read about rude and ignorant behaviour by front-desk staff-Noisy cleaning staff (banging doors, playing radios, chattering loudly), combined with thin walls, woke me up every morning-No free Internet, and you have to go down to the front desk every morning to get a piece of paper with the day's Internet code-Somewhat malfunctioning TV, but not a big deal to us-Confusing check-out; I was rudely told something incomprehensible about bringing baggage down before checkoutIt's a close call, but I will try to find other accommodation next time in NYC.
