1. The staff at the front desk consistently looked annoyed whenever you fronted there and paying for wireless was a daily pain in the butt.

3. BUT it is NYC and it it a party town so I think you really just have to deal with that stuff - if you are a light sleeper or get annoyed easily it may be a problem.

7. As like the other reviews we found the reception staff unhelpful, they would deal with your queries from 10 feet away and we felt like we were annoying them when asking for our safe deposit box which they keep behind reception.
