I stayed here with my wife and 2 kids stayed for 8 days during a road trip of the east coast and this was the most
expensive
and easily the poorest hotel we stayed at.

Parking in NYC is always very
expensive
and hard to find, so being able to park for free right at the hotel was awesome.

Very

The hotel offered the best rate room we could find in NY which is generally hideously overpriced, so on that sense it was good value, although it was
expensive
compared to the 4* we had just come from in Philly.

We did not realise it was the UN Grand Assembly week which may have been why it was difficult to find alternate accommodation, and perhaps this is why the rate was so high but this was a VERY
expensive
motel considering the quality of it.
"If we could have found somewhere else, we would have. Over-priced and below average. "

The breakfast next door at the Broadway Deli is good and reasonable and there are many good restaurants in the neighborhood that are much less
expensive
than a mere 2 blocks east in Time's Square.
"This is a clean, friendly, well located property. "
