1. We did not realise it was the UN Grand Assembly week which may have been why it was difficult to find alternate accommodation, and perhaps this is why the rate was so high but this was a VERY expensive motel considering the quality of it.

2. It also was not that difficult to drive to the hotel, because it was right off of 9A coming from the north, so we didn't have to do much Manhatten driving.
