2. I finally called the front desk thinking it was something we could control and still wasn't told it wasn't until the maintenance man came up with a FAN that we were told about the lack of control.

We've stayed here before and like the location, free parking that often lets you keep your car there the last day so you get an extra day in the city, the ease of getting breakfast next door, the police station across the street, the ease to get to this hotel from West Side Drive and the relative lack of craziness on the street outside the building.

We've stayed here before and like the location, free parking that often lets you keep your car there the last day so you get an extra day in the city, the ease of getting breakfast next door, the police station across the street, the ease to get to this hotel from West Side Drive and the relative lack of craziness on the street outside the building.

5. The location was fabulous, with no lack of selection of nearby restaurants, and within a comfortable and safe walk to Times Square and to the Theatre District - not to mention that the Travel Inn was a stone's throw from the Lincoln Tunnel and easily accessible.

8. The only complaint registered by anyone in our family was the lack of YES Network --- the official channel of the New York Yankees, for those who might not know --- on the hotel television.
