1. Staff were very rude and charging daily for poor serving wifi is not what I expected.

4. We asked managment to look into a change for our hotel room and have never been answered more rudely or with more disregard than we were at the travel inn.

5. Spent Four nights at this hotel, and it was not the best place to stay, their customer service was rude, they were not helpful and pass along incorrect information to our limo driver, i have also sent an email to them recently due to leaving my braclet behind and never got a reply.

6. Cons:- RUDE and unhelpful staff- Paid wifi, even if you pay it does not work (staff unwilling to resolve the issue)- No fan in the bathroom.

9. There was a problem with our room charge on day one and the male staff was rude and wouldn't listen to what we were trying to explain to him.
