1. Our tub drain was soooo slow, so we called and that was immediately remedied.

2. The elevators were slow and the fact that there were only 2 of them (the other was closed due to refurbishment) made the wait kind of long sometimes, but this is not a problem only for this hotel - I've had worse experiences and it's something even some 5 star hotels have problems with.

4. I have to admit upon reading other reviews I was a little nervous about a few things, some reviews stated that the elevators were extremley slow, we had absolutely NO problems with the elevators.
